Sahil Mehta is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of SHINE Psychiatry. He offers thoughtful, individualized care that blends medication management with practical, evidence-based therapy.

He incorporates tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to support meaningful progress and long-term wellness.
Sahil is committed to building a safe, respectful space where patients feel heard and supported. He believes in collaborative care that aligns with each person’s unique story, goals, and values — whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or looking to build on the progress you’ve already made. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of guidance, Sahil will meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
